CarolAnn is a seasoned legal professional and educator with a strong foundation in paralegal studies and legal instruction. A graduate of Queens College, she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and an Accelerated Paralegal Certificate, laying the groundwork for her decades-long career in law and education. Her combination of academic training and hands-on legal experience gives her a deep understanding of both theory and practice, allowing her to effectively teach, mentor, and prepare aspiring legal professionals for success.

From Law Firm Operations to Scalable Systems:
A Modern Leader’s Journey

From 1997 to 2003, CarolAnn served as an Instructor in the Continuing Education Program at Queens College, where she taught Introduction to Bankruptcy and Law Office Management. CarolAnn was the first and only Paralegal to be invited to teach at Queens College. Her teaching emphasized practical application, preparing aspiring paralegals and legal assistants with the procedural and organizational skills necessary for success in the legal field.

Beyond the classroom, CarolAnn has applied her extensive legal expertise across diverse practice areas, including bankruptcy law, litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, telecommunications law,workers’ compensation, and corporate law. She also interned at the Court of Appeals, gaining invaluable insight into the appellate process and judicial administration.

As Director of Educational Programs, CarolAnn develops and coordinates continuing legal education initiatives, collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals to design engaging, compliance-driven learning experiences that reflect evolving industry standards.

CarolAnn’s dual passion for education and law continues to shape her professional journey. She remains deeply committed to empowering others through knowledge—whether mentoring future paralegals, supporting attorneys’ ongoing professional growth, or engaging in community education and advocacy initiatives.
