Ms. Sedki earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and her Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University in New York City. She is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Ohio. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including its New York Chapter, Ms. Sedki serves on AILA’s Family Law Committee. She is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, and serves as the Vice-Chair of the Immigration Law Committee.

Anne’s influence extends beyond the courtroom. She has built a popular social media presence where she educates and empowers her audience—one of her videos has reached over 1.5 million views. She regularly leads community workshops and webinars to demystify immigration law and advocate for immigrant rights. Anne is also the author of “So You Want a Green Card”, a straightforward and informative guide for anyone pursuing permanent residency in the United States.
