Rachel S Merker is Of Counsel at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, where she supervises associates defending personal injury actions caused by, during or as result of, construction. She previously served as Principal Attorney for the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District in Hauppauge, New York for 6 years. Prior to joining the Committee in January 2019, Ms. Merker was Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York for two years. Prior to that, Ms. Merker was an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County for five years. Ms. Merker earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the George Washington University in 2007 and her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2011. Ms. Merker was admitted to the 2nd Dept. in 2012.
