How Samantha Helped Redefine CLE
Samantha rose to the position of senior associate and, in January 2025, became a partner at the firm. Samantha is a fierce and dedicated attorney who brings an unwavering commitment to every client she represents. She has built a reputation for her tireless work ethic, her focus on strong client relationships, and her ability to achieve outstanding results.
Samantha is certified as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in New York State Surrogate’s Court, advocating for the interests of individuals under various legal disabilities. Samantha is also certified as a court-appointed guardian, court evaluator, and
attorney for alleged incapacitated parties in New York State Supreme Court.
Samantha obtained her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, cum laude. While at Touro Law, she served on the senior staff of the Touro Law Review, and her article, "Gender Wage Gap: The Time to Speak Up is Now," was published
in Volume 35, Issue 2 of the Touro Law Review Journal. Through participation in Touro Law’s Bankruptcy Clinic, she provided more than 100 hours of pro bono legal services to low-income clients. In addition to her JD, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration from Hofstra University.
Appreciating the endless opportunities for learning that the legal field offers, she frequently attends Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to expand her knowledge and stay current with ever-changing estate and probate laws.
As a Long Island native, Samantha always dreamed of practicing law in New York City and its surrounding boroughs. When she’s not in the office or the courtroom, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends, including her rescued black lab mix. Samantha is also a Beatles fan who loves learning about the band and its history. Combining music and work interests, she’s written fascinating blog posts examining the litigation of John Lennon and George Harrison’s estates.
