Tiffany brings a rare depth of practical contract knowledge to every transaction, supported by advanced credentials including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representative), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), along with certifications in residential listings, luxury homes, AI, and real estate divorce matters. She is also a member of Douglas Elliman’s Estate, Trust & Probate Division, working closely with attorneys, fiduciaries, executors, and trustees on complex transactions requiring heightened diligence and coordination.

In addition to her production, Tiffany serves on the Boards of Directors for the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and the New York State Association of REALTORS®, where she contributes to professional standards, education, and industry leadership. She is also a committed mentor to newer agents, emphasizing best practices, ethical decision-making, and contract fluency.
